This website is operated by Mikhail Mikushin, a freelance data analytics consultant and content creator based in Tbilisi, Georgia. References to "I", "me", or "my" throughout these terms refer to Mikhail Mikushin.
02.Services
Through this site you can book a consultation call or engage me for data analytics work:
Each engagement is scoped individually. The scope, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before work begins, either via email or another written channel.
Invoicing & Payment terms
Payment for services is processed via Payoneer invoice, issued after the work is completed or at milestones agreed in advance. Payment terms are specified on each invoice. Late payments may result in pausing or stopping work until the outstanding amount is settled.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds for services are decided on a case-by-case basis depending on how far the work has progressed. If you need to cancel, contact me as early as possible and we will work out a fair resolution.
03.Digital products
Digital products are sold through Payhip, an independent e-commerce platform. By purchasing a digital product, you also agree to Payhip's terms of service, which govern the transaction, payment processing, and delivery.
All digital product sales are final. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, refunds are not offered as a standard policy. If you believe there is a genuine technical defect with a product you purchased, contact me and I will review the situation.
04.Newsletter
Subscribing to the newsletter via Kit.com is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Subscribing does not create any contractual obligation on either side.
05.Intellectual property
All content on this site, including articles, templates, and digital products, is my original work. Purchasing a digital product gives you a personal, non-transferrable license to use it for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage any content from this site without written permission.
